Some of the more unique PNPs aim to attract self-employed farmers, health care professionals, international students, semi or low skilled workers or have eased criteria for settlement in specific regions. Most provinces will also access the Express Entry system; a provincial nomination will significantly impact your CRS and enhance your chances to receive an ITA.
